Aaron Zaccaria is a sophomore Government and Politics major at the University of Maryland, College Park. He is from Smithsburg, MD where he developed an interest in politics through his service in the Maryland State House of Delegates in Annapolis, and as a student member of the Washington County Board of Education in Hagerstown. Aaron is a second-year student in the College Park Public Leadership scholars program, and is involved with Books Across Borders and the Department of Resident life on campus. He has a keen interest in international relations and American politics, and aspires to one day run for some sort of federal office. He joined the CAPC staff in the Spring of 2009.
