Chimdi Ihezie is a sophomore at the University of Maryland from Baltimore City. She is earning her undergraduate degree in Government & Politics as a member of the Honors Program and hopes to minor in Public Policy. She has worked with CAPC since the fall of 2008 and her interests include voting technology and election finance.
