Edward Hernandez, born in Rockville, Maryland, is currently a senior, majoring in Criminal Justice and Government and Politics. He proudly serves in the Army National Guard, HHC 58th IBCT as an Intelligence Analyst and hopes to deploy soon after graduating to Iraq or Afghanistan. Edward began working as an undergraduate research assistant for CAPC in January 2008. Currently he is conducting research for the 2006 Congressional Campaign Project.
