Michael Charlebois joined CAPC as the Center's Coordinator in July 2009. Michael is a native of Buffalo, New York, where he worked as a political consultant for various candidates and political committees, specializing in creating and implementing fundraising strategy and ensuring compliance with election law. Michael's other experiences in government and politics include a graduate internship with the New York State Education Department and an internship in the office of Congressman Brian Higgins (D-NY). Michael received his BA in Political Science at the University at Buffalo and recently completed his coursework towards a Masters in Public Policy at the University at Albany. He is currently working on his Masters thesis, studying the impact of campaign contributions on legislative agenda setting in Congress.
